Good article. In several netnographic studies I've done for tech companies on the topic of voice, in all cases consumers saw voice to be highly contextual. Preferring not to use voice in public settings, even in more intimate social settings (party, dinner event etc.) Voice will be a part of a multiple ways of interacting, but like others, contextual. I doubt one will be a significant or dominant method. Interesting to see how this plays out.
