Good article Greg. While largely right, culture is also mutable & ever changing. I'd argue cultures are changing faster today due to the speeding up of cultural transmission & our sift in time/space considerations. I and other anthropologists see this in netnographic research. So it's changing the rates of cultural change in some societies and workplaces.
