Good thoughts, but all technologies are neutral. Always. From the stone axe to various AI tools. Their creators may try to embue them with their values, but not often are they used for the purpose they were intended. Bell invented the telephone to share opera music...Twitter was supposed to be a means for paramedics to communicate with the ER...it is culture that adds the uses, values and eventual societal norms, not the inventor.
