Great article Barr. When I ran an analytics company, and was a CIO, what changed the game was using storytellers. I hired a writer that was also comfortable with data. The writer told stories, it drew in the clients and other executive. Often, they are afraid of all that data and when we don't understand something, we tend to walk away from it.
