IBM did a study of macOS vs. Windows users in the company…Mac users had less problems and were more productive. More interesting was that to support 20,000 Windows machines it takes 25 people…to support 20K Macs it takes 7 people…In my CIO role I’ve switched several clients over to Macs; net result is between 18% to 23% savings on operating costs and the Macs pay for themselves in less than a year. Hard facts Windows fans won’t like. And Office for Mac now is superb. Office always was the best productivity software.
