Quite enjoyed this. I've found in my research that a lot of reluctance in VR also comes down to communication when more than 2 people are involved. Specifically non-verbal communication, for whch VR really hasn't solved. And that needs to go beyond facial expressions. Then there's cultural norms and behaviours to factor in. Unfortunately, I find the VR/AR industry tends to shrug off the soft sciences just when they should be consulting them. Ah well. Is what it is.
