Some good thoughts Michalina. I still miss Blackberry and it was a great OS. Google+ was very good too. It failed more due to Facebook "owning" peoples address books, the cost to switch was too high. This remains an issue. Many technologies fail because they don't get mainstream cultural acceptance. Culture plays a huge role in technology adoption.
