That is not at all what I am saying Paul. If you look at current Chinese government doctrine and their use of AI to surveil the population and truly research how the government is using AI to control the population you'd understand what I'm saying. The Chinese government has little to no desire for democratic freedoms for its population. To think otherwise is to ignore reality in favour of delusion.
