These tensions will exist...but to be clear, Apple will not be invading anyone's privacy excedpt those who have images already tagged/numbered in meta data in a law enforcement system. Apple isn't "looking" at images at all, just numbers on an external database. This protects innocent people and respects their privacy while catching pedophiles. It's not thet "what" it is the "how" that is key. Kudo's to Apple. A very, very well thought out process.
