Very interesting. This seems like the quantification of consciousness. There is also the qualitative (my view as an anthropologist), which is informed by culture, the "operating system" humans use to survive as biology is too slow. And then, even if machines could "think" they're not human, can't experience culture and couldn't really "think" like humans.
