Very well stated. But keep in mind, the product today is not that which is bought by the consumer, it is the dividend paid to the shareholder. Capitalism is good, but it is not good when the shareholder becomes more valuable than the customer, which is where we are now. Drucker was right, but he'd not be impressed today.
