well stated Ross. Same goes for the "metaverse" which is as undefined as Web3. It's ironic that centralized services are promoting decentralization too. One technology does not create decentralization as you well point out. Humans have always tended to centralize, whether as small tribal foragers or large agrarian societies. We copy these behaviours in the digital world.
